Cancellation policy:
We respectfully request that if you need to postpone or cancel your appointment, you provide us a minimum of 24 hours notice. Please call the clinic on 3366 5267 to make any changes to or cancel your appointment. Cancellations and changes inside of 24 hours will attract a fee equivalent to 50% of treatment cost if the appointment time is unable to be filled. Cancellation or changes inside of 2 business hours will attract 100% of treatment fee if unable to be filled.
Late Policy:
If you are late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate by extending treatment time to ensure you receive your full treatment. However if the therapist is booked out, we reserve the right to finish the appointment on time and to charge the full treatment fee.
If we are running late for your appointment, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible. We are happy to either run late to ensure you receive your full treatment time, or to provide a shorter treatment at a reduced fee if you require us to finish on time.
After you choose a date & time, you will create an account with your details and complete the booking.
Your email address and password will then allow you to review, change and add appointments.
